The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the SaaS platform app.rombro.ch, provided by rombro ag, Hölzliwisenstrasse 5, 8604 Volketswil (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider"). By registering on the platform, the customer accepts these GTC. The Provider reserves the right to change these GTC at any time without giving reasons.

Contract Subject

The platform app.rombro.ch allows customers to simplify accounting tasks by offering an online solution for accounting and finance. The Provider makes the platform available via the Internet and provides the necessary services for it.

 

Data Protection

 

The Provider commits to complying with data protection laws and using customers' data solely for internal purposes. Data is shared with third parties only when necessary to fulfill the services or if the customer has explicitly agreed to it. The Provider may use the data for analysis and internal marketing purposes. Data is stored on servers within the EU.

 

Fees

 

Using the app.rombro.ch platform is fee-based. The amount of the fee depends on the subscription model chosen by customers. The fee must be paid in advance. In general, billing is monthly unless a different payment arrangement has been made. All prices include VAT.

 

Terms of Use

 

The customer must use the platform app.rombro.ch exclusively for lawful purposes. Specifically, the customer is prohibited from using the platform for activities that violate applicable law or infringe on the rights of third parties. The customer is responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

 

Contract Term and Termination

 

The contract between the customer and the Provider runs for the duration of the selected subscription. The contract is automatically renewed for the originally chosen term unless it is terminated by the customer. Termination is possible at any time and must be made in writing via email or letter. Fees already paid are not refunded.

 

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

 

The Provider reserves the right to change the GTC at any time. The customer will be informed of changes to the GTC via email or through the app.rombro.ch platform. If the customer does not accept the changes, they have the right to terminate the contract.

 

Liability

 

The Provider is not liable for damages incurred by the customer through the use of the app.rombro.ch platform. The Provider's liability is in any case limited to the amount the customer has paid for the use of the platform in the current calendar year.

 

Confidentiality

 

The Provider commits to treating the data stored on the app.rombro.ch platform confidentially. Data will not be shared with third parties without prior customer consent unless this is necessary to fulfill the Provider's contractual obligations or legally required.

 

Warranty and Support

 

The Provider ensures high availability of the app.rombro.ch platform and will resolve any disruptions as quickly as possible. Should there be outages or issues, the Provider will offer support to the customer via email or phone. The customer has the right to contact support if they have questions or problems regarding the use of the platform. The warranty period is 12 months. The Provider does not guarantee or assume liability for the flawless, constant, and uninterrupted availability of the app.rombro.ch platform, as well as for the accuracy, completeness, currency, and lawfulness of the information and content provided on the platform.

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

 

The GTC are governed by Swiss law. To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seat of rombro ag.
